About The Course
This course explores the key elements that contribute to extraordinary sexual experiences, including presence, connection, communication, vulnerability, and intimacy. Participants will examine the personal, relational, and developmental factors that support satisfying sexual experiences, while learning practical skills to enhance pleasure, connection, and sexual wellbeing.
Drawing on research into optimal sexual experiences, the course combines theory, discussion, and real-world applications to help participants better understand what contributes to meaningful and fulfilling sex. This introductory course is 3 hours (including breaks). Course content is 2.25 hours long (2.25 AASECT CEs).
